WOW, WOW shookupart, BRILLIANT WORK, absolutely brilliant. +1 for you I love it all. I am an animal lover and I've always had dogs (I prefered long hairs), I lost my last two pups, a chow chow named Sassy with perfect temperment and super social personality (both rare in her breed) and a Pomeranian named Lady, a manipulative little B***h with a chip on her shoulder, but the most loving dog I ever owned. I have not gotten over them yet and I can't see myself getting another till my daughter asks for one. I feel your pain dude, I can't find the words ................. Sorry for your lost. Take good care of the others and your scoot, your living my dream man. Tiger.

Tiger... I dont know what to say...THANKYOU and you always seem to make all this worthwhile. I love dogs. Im sorry for you and yours. Your daughter will probably want a dog now that you've mentioned it. I also have a ferret named "GRACE" who is house broke so she can have the run of the place as well...she is a little criminal...she steels the remote for the tv every time I turn around. I need to put her on probation!! Repeat offender!! She is hillarious to watch and will work for raisins!!

Looks awesome shook! You have been bitten by the bug no doubt, once you start you cannot stop! I'm still in awe how fast you were able to pull this off, considering the work done looks stellar!
Couple Q's for ya:
How do you like those NCY rear shocks? I noticed they dropped the price on PFS but didn't know how the pink anodized would look, but I have to say it looks darn good! Hows the ride/quality/fitment?
Also that powdercoat looks so good, did you have to sandblast or do they powdercoat right over the old paint? I'm also curious how much a powdercoat job like that costs.
In closing, a FYI, I go to North Carolina every year in August, Dad owns a beach house on Oak Island, and this year I will most likely be bringing down my scooter since I have a truck now. Don't know how far away from the coast you are but a meet would be excellent.

Rocket...would I like to cruise the NC coast? Damn right my DAWG!!!! keep me posted.
NCY rear shocks are GREAT!! BEST UPGRADE. Talk about MAJOR ride quality improvement. DRASTIC!!! The shocks are set 1/2 way up(factory setting) and HARD AS A ROCK. Not for the squishy mooshy comfy ride at all. Im afraid to turn em up any more as scoot might bounce to the freakin' moon!!! I love them...personally.
Total cost of powdercoating AND YES sand-blasting for total project was $250.00. Was a little more expensive because of "candy" color. To candy they have to blast, then chrome, then color. Looks killer and very solid (resistant to scratching etc..)
Also...pfs may not have these shocks in pink any more....they may be blue or black. I actually wanted the pink although the color has faded a little. I like the billet aluminum and LONG range adjustability

First time for me to look at this thread. First of all you have to be one crazy guy to have done all that to the scooter, good kind of crazy. great work and thanks for sharing everything. I can't wait to see it finished and hear about how it goes.
I am very sorry about the loss of your dog, as somebody that lost one a couple months ago (he is the one in my sig line) I know how much it hurts.
