Well....before I start I want to mention why the tears??? In the middle of this project my favorite BULLDOG "BIRDIE" passed away. I cried and cried but she was suffering...and I lost a long-time friend and companion. I loved more than anything and this thread is dedicated to her. [img src="[/img] i635.photobucket.com/albums/uu73/scooter21th/OurDogs.jpg"] Birdie is on the right and ready to ride as she always loved to do. I MISS YOU BIRDIE

She went on to heaven two days after these two photos. Nothing could prepare me for this. Im sorry for the sad story...this reall had a major impact on me emotionally. Now here is the disassembly sequence before powdercoating my scoot.... Sophie says "use some tape to label your wiring...harness the FEAR!

This was a little bump in the road for me.....I could not fit NCY brake lever(hydraulic) onto my stock mater cylinder. I had to go to FIVE DIFERENT scooter dealers to finally find one that fit!! I had to pull it off a busted 50cc in the back of a shop that was 35 miles from my house....and it had a broken mirror stud in it that I had to gind off. Can you say that Im a little obsessed with a brake lever?!!!

candy purple kickstart contrasts nice against the orange.... Well..........here was by far the most frustrating piece of the puzzle. Names involved deleted. I got the wrong nylon motor mounts so i had to have some fabricated. This next pic is for my buddy JAKE318...from the black hills machine shop where nylon motor mounts are custom made for three dollars and a beer!!! HA freakin' HA !!! The motor mounts for the moon bar. Now we can ride!!!
