My motofino 125qt2 got some body damage in some severe weather we had here a couple of weeks back. I searched the internet a bit looking for replacement parts. I ran across the iscooterparts.com site and saw that their prices for body panels was way lower than anything else I had found. Anyway I called to ask if they had the parts in stock. The guy on the phone was pleasant enough. He said that he was fairly sure that they did. He didn't seem to have a way available to check for sure. He said to go ahead and order online and he'd probably get to ship them same day. The online ordering went just fine. I got a confirmation email right away that listed my order and gave me an electronic receipt.
I got a call the next day informing me that one of the parts I ordered was not available. He asked if I wanted to cancel the order or just have him ship what he did have. I decided to have the parts shipped. I got an email next day that showed that he credited my card back the amount of the missing part. I also got an email that said my parts had shipped. No tracking number or shipping info of any sort available.
The parts arrive about a week later. They showed up in a Home Depot box for some reason. The box was a bit beat up. The parts weren't packed particularly well but arrived undamaged. They appear to be a perfect color match and I'll install them later today. No packing slip in the box.
Overall good service. My only complaints would be that I think they should have a parts list available to be able to let people know what they do and don't have in stock and I'd also like tracking info... Other than that I'd buy from them again.
