And... while I'm waiting for more responses (see previous two posts) I have another question - why are Dr Pulley's sliding weights better than rollers?
On one website it says they're "20% better".
Just what does "20% better" supposed to mean? And how did they come up with that number?
Ok, now I've got THREE posts waiting for responses. *grin*

I Suggest you get a couple of sets of Dr. Pulley's Sliding weights you will never go back! They have the longest gear range out there! Depending on your weight I would go with something around 5.5 grams I am running a 5gram Dr. Pulleys! I have tried all the weights out there and Hands down Dr.pulley Sliding ones are the best! FYI if you haven't changed weights before and Impact gun and a second set of hands make the process very quick!

Would 5 or 5.5 be best for 200 to 250 pound rider?

On one website it says they're "20% better". Just what does "20% better" supposed to mean? And how did they come up with that number? 78% of all statistics are simply pulled out of thin air.

Rob,
I think people say that because they last longer and don't develop flat spots on them.
Dorian,
Where did you get 78% from ;D
