I have ordered an MC-05-54B. It was just to get around and save lots of gas. On the first day once I placed the first call on 06-18-08 and the phone was answered. I informed him that I wanted to know if he had it in stock or if it was back ordered. He stated that it was still in stock but to place the order as soon as possible to get what I wanted. I informed him that I did not have the money in the bank till Friday and that I would order then. He stated to place the order and to put in the comment section not to completed the transition till Friday and to put down for them to call me prior to them completing the order. I did as he requested. I was excited about getting the scooter and saving gas. I was shocked to find that they had taken the money out as soon as the order was placed. I then attempted to contact them about what I was instructed to do. I could not make contact to them using the phone number they have listed which was the one I made contact with them on the first day. I continued to attempt to make contact with them on the phone and email. I was not able to reach them until Friday out of sheer luck a female answered the phone. I informed her of the problem and that I was fine with them getting the money but I wanted the tracking number. She stated that her sister was the one that does the shipping orders and that someone would call me back with that information. I felt reassured that I was going to at least get the scooter. Monday has come and gone with no contact from them and I attempted to phone them again with no luck. This being Tuesday I still have not been able to contact them. In fact during the attempts to call them the phone being a cell phone was turned off and would go straight to voice mail, which is full. I fear the worst in that they are in violated of theft by deception and financial transaction card fraud. This is a $759.00 lesson that I will not take lightly. I plan to take legal action as soon as possible.

They are not in the fraud business they are just inexperienced and slow you will get your scoot but by going so cheap you must have patience. everyone who has ordered from these people have received their scoots. Just calm down if you have read all the posts on this thread you would know this is a bumpy road but not fraud.

Got my MSO today, I had written them an email two days ago:
I know you say I am "right on track" but that means nothing to me. The review I am writing on your business has found people you have sold to who have been waiting two weeks for their MSO and still have not received it. This is unacceptable We need the MSO in order to register, insure and inspect our scooters so we can ride them. Without the MSO all you have sold us are fancy lawn ornaments. Please give me a serious update so I can tell people where your company stands and you can continue getting business.
They didn't even email me back saying it is in the mail, says it was sent out the 20th... Now I will email them telling them I got it and in the future to be a little more specific than right on track. Now I just have to get the damage thing taken care of...Not real hopefull there.

Today I get this email
not a problem at all. we do need to hire more people to work faster. BUT we do keep our promises which is good, and lots of other company could not do. Thanks. So they will email to say thanks for apologizing but not to give you an update on your purchase... Safe to say they avoid people because they don't know. but so far everything has gone "good" I got my scoot it is now registered and being inspected this week. That is really all I expected and that is all anyone should expect from these people. If something finally happens with the damage thing I will be happy but like I said not hopeful.

I usually get an email within 48 hours from them. Email seems like the best way to communicate with them. They usually respond between midnight and 6am (Eastern) I emailed a local brick and mortar about 4 weeks ago and still haven't heard anything to my query to purchase...

Sounds like we can add Mrs. Cooters to the "stay away" list. Is there a posted "stay away from" list? If so, please direct me there.

I was able to get through with a phone call to voicemail today, and I received an email back stating they would rush the order for no extra charge.
No tracking number yet. So far I'll rank them as about the same as the other drop shippers... poor communication but you might eventually get it.
We'll see, I'm hanging in there to see if this one pulls through.

Really all you can do is a search on the people you intend to buy for. Do a google search sometimes that is enough, then do a search with the better business bureau. If you do not find them with the bbb that doesn't mean they are good or bad just that now one has started a report on them. When you do the google search use the business name with the word bad or scam or review, that will help narrow your search.
Mine was shipped three day before I got a tracking number. Goldenvale ships them then they inform the drop shipper then they update, so it is sent before even the drop shipper knows it.

Agreed. Mine was shipped 6/13. I didn't know about it until 6/16. My scoot was half way to PA from CA before I even knew it left the Roketa Factory. BTW, got 100 miles on mine already. How about mvanco? We got our MSO stuff the same day.

i live in vegas and decided to drive by there location listed on their website as a b&m sales bldg.. its not. its a ghetto ass apt. i wouldnt trust these guys at all. their website is deceptive. lies lies lies.. be warned I am very frustrated with this company. I ordered a 250cc touring scooter on the 27th of september 2011 and today is the 14th of October, no tracking number, no response to my emails or calls. I read that everyone got their scooters from this stupid company so that is a plus. Should I just be more patient? Oh and I paid for it to be fully assembled has anyone paid that fee and gotten it unassembled? Let me know. Thanks jjb921@gmail.com

Thanks jjb921@gmail.com If there's been no contact by them after two and a half weeks....I would cancel the order and do a chargeback if you paid by credit card. Next time, call the phone number listed on any website which you are considering ordering from- if you can't get a hold of them before the sale...move on...'cause you certainly won't be able to get a hold of them after the sale. If they can't speak knowledgeably about their products, also move on. Also, search the web and especially sites like ripoffreport.com to check out any places you're considering ordering from.
