They are actually about 3 miles from my house. I know they have two sides of the business, used cars on one side and then a showroom with scooters. It looks like they are an authorized Lance and Tank dealer. I may go check them out to see what deals they have and hopefully they have full parts and repair service.

if thats the case id go check them out, do you know anyone who has dealt with them before?
the Lance scoots are made by the Znen group and is probably one of the better chinascoots you can get... but take that lightly.
good luck.

My buddy went by their shop today. The owners told them they will do any service or repair on the scoots you can think of. They do all the assembly, PDI, and do a test drive on them before handing them over to you.
Sounds like they could be a great dealer. And maybe someone from the board can get a drop ship from them and see if they provide the same service.

I had a chance to go by Roseville Fun Toys after work. Their set up isn't actually the store with the windows out front on Riverside, they are actually in the tall tin building out back and is attached to that building.
I spoke with Kari Olsen, part owner and president. She was absolutely awesome. Such a nice person. She walked me through everything on the 250. Opened up all the storage, started it up, showed me the accessories (like the cell phone call notifier on the dash). She was great. The 250 they had there was already sold. She said they can't keep them in stock. They are flying out as soon as they come in.
I asked them about the PDI. They don't do any of the fluid changes due to limited manpower. But they do the bike inspection and test drive. She has also developed a spreadsheet for all her customers that shows them the service schedule needed for the bike and how they need to take care of the bike. What to inspect, change out, etc.
She said that they don't want to be a drop shipper, that they like to be able to have a relationship with her customers, which is always a good thing to hear. They also do all the DMV registration for you. She said basically once you drive it off the lot you just have to wait to pick up your plates.
All in all I was very impressed with their customer service in showing me around and just letting me know straight up about all aspects of the scooter.

If anyone is interested, they still have Lance scoots for sale on their site.
Also, I drove by their shop today. They had scoots comming out the doors there was so many. They had to have at least 50-60 of them.
It seems like they always have a big supply of scoots. If anyone is looking for a Lance it may be worth a shot.

Thats good to know. More and more Lance dealers. I heard they carry a large variety of lance scooters right now. I dont live up north but that shows that the Lance Scooters are having good recognition right now.

I believe they carry every model of Lance.
You can definately see their presence in Roseville. I have seen a bunch of Lance scoots in the Roseville area lately.

I bought my Lance 250 from them. Kari was great and showed me how everything worked on my scooter. The fun started when i brought my scooter in for repairs. It seemed that the service dept only wanted to find ways to void my warranty. After the last time I picked up my scooter from them the winshield was scratched, center console was cracked and the trunk lock was broken. When I asked them about the damage they gave me their typical response which is either I broke and was trying to put one over on them or prove they did it. I filed a BBB complaint and the dealership ignored it. I love my Lance but I will not bring it in for service at Roseville Fun Toys again. If you buy them invest in a camera and take before and after pics everytime the touch it.

I bought a used Lance Milan from them in January 2009 (about 2 weeks ago). The scoot is good with no problems. Keri (the company president) and a guy who's name I forget were both very helpful.
They both mentioned things about multiple brands from the same factory and parts interchangeability. They seemed pretty open about discussing the difference between their products and the high priced Japanese, etc imports.
The remainder of my warranty is up at the end of April and I do my own work, so I don't plan on being able to evaluate their shop. It was pretty good sized.
