I am retired, semi forced, hoping my retirement funds don't run out before my wife and I die. Once I get my new trike I plan to find some PT work. Maybe at the local strip club or message parlor. ;D

Wow! Edfr, such fine detailed work, I like really that yellow one. Work, a habit I can't seem to break. For the last 14 years I have been a control-room operator at a secure facility, mostly graveyard 1800-0600. Not always fun, but never boring. I also spent some time crashing trucks and busses. The best jobs I had were in the woods of Northern California, I was a timber faller, one of the fortunate few to receive the old school formal training in the art of falling Old Growth Redwoods. No, I don't repent what I did.

I had a job with the same company for 37 years. The type of physical work and the length of time I did it gave me two knee operations (still bad) bone spurs in my right foot. A partial tear, muscle and tendon damage in my left shoulder. My right shoulder has a partial, and a full tear. Also bone, muscle, tendon, and nerve damage. I can function but need help in certain areas. I was told to retire because I couldn't do my job safely. I agree, and it was time. I never had a on the job accident. My problem happened because I wore out after working since I was 12 years old. That was two years ago and I was 58 years old. So I guess you can say, retired.

Retired 36 year Govt. worker. While in the Govt. I worked as a Security Policeman in the USAF, as a National Park Ranger, and retired as a Special Agent after working for the Defense Investigative Service, Defense Security Service, and finally for the OPM Federal Investigative Division. Outside of the Govt., I worked as a kitchen helper at a nursing home, laborer for a construction company, boxing official for the State of VA, and as a dispatcher for the local Sheriff's Dept, rescue squad, and fire department. I have done volunteer work for the local hospital, I belong to various clubs, and my hobbies consist of shooting various weapons, my 1971 Chevelle SS (replica), playing various instruments (love music), I collect watches and knives, and I love my SYM RV250. I have a Yamaha VStar 1100 with a voyager kit, but that is for sale. I live in a log cabin in the middle of the woods. Nice and quiet. Other than a few health issues, life is good...I'm a Christian and God has been good too me.

Tattoos, tattoos and more tattoos. Did I mention tattoos? Lol I've been doing them for almost 20 years now. I grew up with my uncle jack since he was the only one willing I baby sit although he was in the Hell's Angels so tattooing rubbed off on me fairly quick. I'm a stay at home dad full time and only tattoo in the evenings but it pays decent even part time.
