As this forum is starting to grow, I've noticed that some folks aren't getting past page one of a thread. This particular forum software doesn't seem to highlight that the thread continues to more pages very well. So, just be on the lookout, there may be a page two, three and beyond. Thanks to everyone that posts and views. And remember, it's all about the ride.

Thanks Lee! I appreciate the heads-up. Kinda figured it out on my own, but it's still a help. (Sometimes need a reminder just to put my shirt on!)

I've been reading your forum stuff for several weeks, now. This is the coolest site in the world! The information is priceless and, one of the first things I noticed, was that the bad language is kept to a minimum. Family oriented. I like it! New member as of this morning by the way.
Question: How do I initiate a post, with a subject line and whatnot? I went to the "Chat" section, but having problems with the java download.
Many thanks...

baconbit, welcome to the pound.
go out to the sub-forum that you want to post to and it should show THREAD and a couple of others. click on thread, and it will bring up a box, that is where you put in subject line, then can type what the content is. the chat option is where if you want to chat w/someone or groups of someones.
hope this helps.
happy scootin'

How do you know if there more pages? Is there a way to check to see if anyone has replied to your post? It is pretty obvious. Attachments:

i don't know about you guys but trying to find something under search is not easy I do it and it says it took to long sorry did it six ways to sundown and still no joy....cut it down to 5 pages or whatever and still no go...you would think a computer could handle it or server...then it comes up with you don't have 4 letters in the search box well duh GY6 there is only so many words that start out with 4 letters....like I was looking up ''windshield'' and it kicks me back to zero wtf....

Hi my name is Ben from Orange County Southern California. Been riding all my life, currently own a 92 BMW K-75S, a 07 Honda919 and a 09 Kymco Grand Vista 250. In the last 2 years my interest turns into scooters. get hooked, it is totally different world from motorcycles. I started with a Kymco super 8 150, put 4000 miles on that and recently bought that used Grand Vista after realizing that Kymco made solid and reliable scooter. The Grand Vista 250 is great but it is Carb so acceleration is not that great ( I am OK with its top speed of 87 MPH because I think 87 or below is safe for this scooter considering its stock suspension and wheel sizes, faster than that it's not safe). Anybody know anything about Malossi Performance Variator ? supposely, it improves acceleration or top speed, how does it work ? how hard or easy to replace stock variator ? Thanks,
