you buy it like that,they dont have cars so they pour money into scoots over there.

what do you mean that their are no cars over there.......
apparently you never been there before...
they hook up scooters because it gives them something to do. Puerto Rico is a small island
they have everything that we do in the US.... NOT A THIRD WORLD COUNTRY
boats cars planes helicopters jet skies all that..

Now this is what I like to call a "piece of art" very nice scoot I love the Chrome and Purple it brings the scooter out and it looks brand new out the box!!
