Last weekend, ice. This weekend, snow. The only thing I'll be riding this weekend it the snowblower. Always used to look forward to snow. I actually kind of like it. Funny how getting back into two wheeled vehicles changes you thought process on many levels. The holidays can some time get a little stressful and two wheel ride is the best stress reliever I know. There should be a warm spell just to clear the head. If you are in a warm area, get her out and go for me!

Looks like China needs to clone snowmobiles.

Think I will put a tach and HIDs and heated grips and ..... on my snow blower just for something to do while I can't ride the scoot!

Well, I cleaned the drive. Put the plow on the tractor and plowed our road and some of the neighbors drives and now I am back inside on the computer watching the snow come down that all the stations say stopped early this morning. I must be in a "snow globe" because it has not stopped here all day.
Just pulled up[ the radar and the proverbial black cloud must be sitting over our small town because as you watch the Doppler in motion there has been no let up over it. has quit almost every else. At least all the snow removal stuff is running great! I will get to do it all again tomorrow. Well, at least I get to play in the snow if can't ride.

Monty, There was an article in the paper the other day about the last time it snowed in San Diego. I still remember the day - 40 years ago! I was a sophomore in high school. The teachers let us all out to marvel, even though there was hardly enough to even stick. The article told of people who were out surfing when it snowed....
Even though it rarely snows here, it does get cold overnight - low 30s anyway - especially down in the canyons where the cold air collects. So I've wimped out a bit and driven my SUV to work the last week or so. But afternoons and evenings have been wonderful scooter riding.....
Cheers, Gary

I envy you. Got a new bike but it is under cover in the garage and probably will be for a while! Take her around the block once for me!
