Anyone familiar with this bike? Is it new for '08? Available in the US? I'm considering a Reflex, though I may go with this bike if it is of comparable quality. I heard the Reflex is discontinued for '08?

The reflex, helix and anything from 50.1 cc to 750 cc has been discontinued by Honda. I have now completed my contract for the HFT (Human fit transmission) for Honda and it is a go. Do not expect to see this new transmission and bike line here in the US until 2010. I now have a new contract with Harley to develop the semi automatic HD series using American products. For information on Honda strategy read some of the threads.
Hyosung makes a decent product. THe MS3-250 was first shown as a concept in 04. It may be released in August 0f 08. (Over a year away yet) but I don't expect it to be here until 09.

Interesting scoot and with fuel injection for that price. Is the power train their design or from another manufacturer.

How'd y'all read my mind like that??? I was gonna ask if anyone heard of or seen, or even ridden this bike...  I like the fact it's EFI'd. After this weeks fiasco with my carburetor getting it tuned in for the cold, I am offically DONE[/b] with carburetors! |

I just ordered my shipment of UM products including the 2008 MS3-250. I saw one this past febuary at the Dealer Expo and its a GREAT looking Scoot!!. Seems to be a little bigger than a Daelim S2-250 plus the bonus of EFI. it will price out about the same as a Daelim also.
