I think this company is the new name of BNscooters,. They are located in the same place BN was. I think they also go by a few other names of have in the past. Seems like once they get enough bad reviews they change names and try to appear like a nother company. Be interesting to find out for sure.

Well, a week went by and I heard nothing from allnewsports about the NST 250 I ordered, other than receiving an invoice. In the meantime they updated their website to include info on the NST. The site now says the scoot has 13" wheels. They also raised the price over what I had been quoted. So .... I began to get concerned. I sent allnew an email inquiring about the status of my and they promptly replied the scooter was on they way. Then, a few minutes later, I got a call from the shipping company saying the scoot would be delivered later this AM (San Diego time)! That is darn good service. I ordered on Friday 3/30, and the scoot is being delivered a week later. Of course, I'm pretty anxious to see what is actually in the box! Hopefully, it will be a new scoot that looks something like a blue Bali 250, with the 257cc engine, round tires (I don't really care what size), and a CARB certificate. If that's the case, I'll be a very happy camper . Will let you all know in a few hours.

Well, the scoot arrived, thankfully safe and sound. So, what was in the crate? No, not the NST I ordered and was billed for. No, not a Rocketa. Surprise!! Its a Viva, dropped shipped from Vernon, CA. It has 10" tires, not 12" like I was told (I don't really care) and as far as I can tell, it has the standard CFMoto 244cc engine, not the 257 as I was told (I'm a bit disappointed about that.) There is no stereo (fine with me), and no alarm (also fine with me). The dash is nice, there is a trip meter which is nice, but no tach (I see a TinyTach in the future!).
Assembly was straightforward: front fender, front wheel, mirrors, windscreen and trunk. It took a few hours working at a leisurley pace. All the parts were there, fit and finish are good.
The scoot fired right up very first time. Man, its big and has lots of power. Compared to my sporty 150, I feel like I'm on a Harley. And the seat is super comfortable, like being in an armchair.
I'll post more info in a separate thread. I mainly wanted to give some feedback on allnewsports. I think I got a good scoot at a good price ($1800 delivered), but their business practices, well, leave something to be desired. Gary

Gary, Thanks for your post about your new Viva 250 scooter and confirming it's wheel size as being 10". I made comments on another thread abour Micksters Viva 250 having what appeared to be 13" wheels on a CF Moto 244cc engine... but I must have been mistaken based on the number of spokes in the wheels that are pictured in that thread. Anyways, hope you have plenty of fun riding your scooter and that you find time to provide us some reports as to its performance... ( - ; scootdawg.proboards59.com/index.cgi?board=200cc&action=display&thread=1174622496ACD - jdikov is correct. AllNewSports.com is just a replacement online store for BN Scooters. They are actually both owned by Win Win Auto group there in Wichita... as well as JK Scooters and ND Powersports. I think that BN developed such a poor name in the industry that it was time to move on to another, but it appears their sales strategy remains the same, as Gary points out. '12" wheels? Yes. 257cc engine? Yes.' And as you point out ACD, it seems to be a common practice for some internet sellers to just change their names to make the bad rep go away. Some of these online sellers just really crack me up sometimes... but that's all just my opinion - I could be wrong. ( - ; Thanks, Jim J... Bandit MotorSports www.bandit-motorsports.com

I was just about to give a glowing report on my Viva 250, but today I went out at noon to start the scoot and the battery was dead. It started this morning no problem so I'm guessing I may have short somewhere ....
By the way, it is the 'touring' version. Gary

Gary, did you order from AllNewSports.com? If so I'm very miffed why your bike was so different than the one you thought you were getting. Mine arrived in perfect condition and darn near fully assembled. Everything has been perfect with it so far..

Scopetrader, Which model 250 did you get from Allnew and what color?

Scopetrader: Yes, I ordered from Allnew. I'm a bit miffed too. I was told I was getting a 2007 NST, with the 257 engine and 12" wheels. I got a 2006 Viva, with a CFMoto engine (249 cc I'm sure) and 10" wheels. It is a very nice scoot and the price was excelent ($1800 shipped), but the scoot is definately different than what I was told I was getting.
The scoot did arrive quickly, in perfect condition, and mostly assembled. I only had to install the front fender, front wheel, mirrors, windshield and trunk. No big deal. It also ran perfectly first time I fired it up. After three days the battery crapped out. At first Allnew said this was not covered under warranty, but after a bit of 'discussion', they agreed to send me a repalcement.
BTW, I'll be posting some photos shortly.

How Bizzare - Well, I got the scooter I thought I was buying though they didn't inform me it would come with an oversized 10" rear wheel. I drove it to work for the first time today up and down some BIG hills by my house. The scoot did great and so far I couldn't be happier.

scopetrader; Typical misinformation or outright lies from internet dealers for this model scoot with the CFMoto engine and drive train. It is a good design, though, and you will enjoy it.

I agree, it's a very nice scoot especially for the money! Got an issue maybe though - perhaps, I think.. Anyone else ever measure the correct-ness of the speedometer? The speed seems correct to me but it's like it's putting to many miles on too quickly in the trip counter. I am only 13 miles from work but it put like 22 miles on the counter!

The odometer is more than likely in kilometers. A common problem for Chinese scoots.
