I'm about to replace the carb on my TaoTao T3 and I was wondering how to properly drain the fuel from the old carb before I remove it.

Many scooters have a rubber hose with a metal coil sheath coming from the float bowl. At the end of that fuel line is a valve with a screw. Turn the screw to open the valve and drain the fuel.
Some scooters just have a screw on the bottom of the float bowl. Turn the screw and the fuel will drain.
