Oil like fluid just randomly started leaking...

Hi guys, I am new to the board (in a posting sense) I have found some fantastic guides on here and recently successfully changed my brake pads (I am very very unknowledgable on mechanicing so was proud)

So just randomly, no crashes or problems, I saw like a leak coming from the back of the handlebars of my lexmoto zoom2 that goes all the way down to where my feet are, I wiped it up but it continues to drip, I looked at the brake fluid and its possibly that, but I dont really know much about these things, I have absolutely no money so cant afford to take it to a garage..

What is it most likely to be? the fluid is clear but oily, woudl this be something I could fix myself?

It sounds like brake fluid. The problem is to discover where it is leaking from. Look at the sight glass to make sure that is OK.
