1- Hammer, and smash it! 2- Use it for a movie (explode it) 3- See if it's microwave proof, 4- Sell it's parts
Other than that, take the heads off the cylinders, hammer tap the pistons, while slowly rotating the ... engine rod... (the one connecting to the variator, out of abscence of words). Nothing you can do with an engine block like that, unless you want to bore it (make cylinders larger), but then you got to find larger (wider) pistons, and rings too.

A hammer should be able to bust it and if lucky you can hone the cylinder otherwise its scrap metal

Was the sparkplug white or have any oil on it ? Would be a good time to replace the oil pump with a Mikuni pump whivh will need a new throttle cable part # 159-26 from PFS or premix
Jetting on a 2T is picky I use a 120 MJ 45 IJ on a 19mm TK carb with Uni and MMG pipe

That one is 10 but it also comes in 12mm as well . It puts out way more power than the stock 49cc and a screamer with MMG pipe hitting almost 11,000 RPMs
