Well I put a Shinko on the rear 6 miles later I decided to replace it again since the original front tire was in need of replacing . The factory POS Cheng Shin tires had a zig zag pattern in the middle that made it wobble . Well the Shinko has a straight line in the middle and WOW it handles so much better as I can push it hard in a turn and I can let go of one hand with ease where with the CS tires it wobbled even after being balanced

The pirelli sl26s are the standard anymore for after market tires it seems. I use the pirelli diablos on my high speed scoot. Theyre huge and grip like youre on 4 wheels. Going on 2 years on one set to boot. I love pirellis but they usually wear faster. I think the reason my diablos are still around is because Ive only put 300 KM on the bike theyre on. Now for shinkos, Ive had them come on a couple of my Enduros when I bought them used, it seems a go to replacement tire. While I didnt ride on them long they seemed good.

My X and I smarter than most but still do stupid things at times . Thanks Hank . My daughter has been on Honor Roll and in Challenge her whole life and gets top graduate 2 years early
Shinkos are a great middle grade tire and I can see they will not last as long as the CS tires but they ride , handle and way better wet traction ./ What sux is they are not a matched set as I wanted but they roll fine at 75 MPH

Yup, Pirelli SL26's and Shinko SR007's, take your pick, both great tires.
