Ya know im not to sure about HKP and i don't think his cat does ether. I think he is best at his day time job at the telephone co. as the janitor.
Like they say "Doint quit your day job" and that's more then likely why he's keep his employment.

Now how about He-Man at least he hit's the gym now and then. Oh ya and he's one of the Masters of the Universe. His Grily friend is a master (that can fly) His brother is a master. And his Cat is.. well GREEN! And when the week days end i'll bet ya it's poker and beer night over at skelator's place. Then back on at it on Monday after school.
And if that not good enough he's even got a little Metal Guitar going his way.
Now is that macho enough?

Hee hee, larr'. Except being Filmation characters I sort of think beer wouldn't be allowed. Now if HB had done it....
So can you explain why nobody ever put together that Prince Eric and He-Man were the same? It's not like they looked different...well, okay, He-Man was more tanned. And Eric was more clothed. But still.

While I'm thinking about it, Scooby-Doo is probably the least macho animated canine.

Let's not forget Muttley. He could drive, he could fly, he could use weapons, plus he had that snicker. Not in the same league as Underdog and Krypto, but he deserves mention.
Bandit was a tough little fellow, and wasn't taken too far from a real dog's behaviour.
Least macho--sure it wasn't Dynomutt? Except he at least tried, he just always ALWAYS screwed up. Also unmacho--Scooby-Dum. And Scooby-Dee, although she of course was a girl. Most irritating--Scrappy-Doo, who I really wished the bad guys would toss in the lake or down the mine or anything to get him off the show.

Frist off P-AL has black hair,is skinny and lost his Gym membership and must be more feminine due to Disney's contract. Now that's O.K as he get the Grily friend in the end (no pun intended.. IT's Disney people )and as of this date, hasn't lost his MAN card. (G-rated). -------------------------------------------------------------------- Now Adam (AKA HE-MAN) has Yellow hair (Orange when -HE's a MAN) hit's the gym every Mon,Tws and at 1-2pm on Friday's before school lets out. Now Mattel took a bit of a hit with HE-MAN but not without a good comeback with, yep SHE-RA for only a year running that i can remember. (Mattel- PG Rated) So to keep on Topic,I agree with you KAT Hanna-Barbera had many good Toon's but i have to Still subscribe to the hot DOG/BRATS/HE-MAN theam or i'll lose this Debate LOL

Sorry, larr', I meant Prince Adam. Got my cartoon princes mixed up there.
So explain why nobody (including the suspicious Man'o'War's daughter, whatever HER name is!) figured out why Adam was He-Man, despite the slightly darker (orangier?) hair and skin, and fewer clothes?
Hank, I thought of Droopy, but I'd already closed the LapMac and knew if I came back to post again, it would be another good thirty minutes before going to bed. A real bear in meek's clothing.
Hm. Are there any tv-cartoon dogs we've missed? There's the two on Animaniacs, but they're pretty much just dogs. Ditto Butch the Bulldog on Looney Tunes. Anyone else?

I don't really count the Disney dogs 'cause they all started in the theatres rather than on tv.
I *am* embarrassed I forgot Astro. That's bad. And I also forgot the Sheepdog in the Looney Tunes (Carl, I think?). But 2 Stupid Dogs looks too modern to count in this. I've just been considering the older 'toon dogs, otherwise I'm sure there's pokemon dogs and yucki-oh dogs and God-only-knows dogs from whatever garbage-'toons are out there now.
