Carburetor Question, Help Please :)

I am looking to buy a new Carb, if I were to buy this one

Would I have to change intake manifolds or anything? I plan on using it with a 70cc BBK.

The stock carb is 19mm, I found an adapter here: www.racingplanetusa.com/carburetor-adapter-malossi-kymco-sf10-p-368-1.html?cPath=2_12_44&sessID=5d92759fd1f2c1bdbd9481b81b7d43cc

But it says 20mm inner, 24mm outer, Will this work with 19mm carbs? :x
