I dont think I told you all this story yet but when I first bought my scooter in Milwaukee I had to drive it back to Madison WI where I lived. I had to take the interstate and it was my first time doing this. Believe it or not they guy took the windshield off also so I rode the 250cc scooter on the interstate without a windsheild. Well I was driving that baby with a large amount of wind pushing me side to side when all of a sudden four car lenghs up I see this huge truck tire that must have blown off a truck getting pushed around on the road ahead. Then a few cars ahead hits the tire and it flys up in the AIR and MATRIX LIKE GOES RIGHT PAST MY HEAD!!! If the tire went alittle bit right it would have hit me off my scooter and I would have have been DEAD MEAT!!! Anyone else have this happen to them>??

not the same thing, but a full blown pick up truck.
last summer, i got gas and decided to ride the couple miles up the main road, US RT 30, to wally world, instead of taking a back road. couple 100 yards up the road i saw the accident happening before it happened. the other side was backed up for a red light, and i saw a pick up approaching the line of traffic w/o slowing down.
just when i was almost at that spot { my slow lane was full}, the PU hit the brakes and went into a slide, the back end sliding into my lane, actually taking it all, some how i swerved enough to not let it hit me and to not hit the car beside me. if he would of just barely clipped me i prob would have been killed Still dont know how i did it, just years of experience , i guess. the PU slammed into the line of cars. 6 cars involved in it
i went 50 yards up the road and pulled over for 10-15 mins till my heart got out of my throat and i could breathe again.
it was VERY, VERY scary
