( I TALK LIKE A IDIOT) This is my 2007 Roketa 250cc chinese scooter. I just caliper painted the variator fan and clutch assembly red. I put 15 gram Dr Pully sliders in and pulled out the old rollers it makes a big difference SMOOTH. I put on a pit bike clear stator cover and moded it for the variator fan. I left the bolts space so I can go in there to tighten up the variator fan bolt when I need to (looks good too). I have the FMF exhaust on it and and the uni air filter on the stock intake. I put Michelin 13inch tires and Xenon light bulbs in it no kit.
Blast to ride!

Looks nice I like the tail lights nice and bright. Variator mods look nice
The rear wheel shouldn't move when its idling though you might turn it down a bit the clutch will last a bit longer

Yeah I will have to adjust the clutch which I have not touched yet. Any manuals on adjusting the clutch on this bike?

It is easier to just turn the idle down. It should idle somewhere between 1400 and 1800. If it is idling there already then the clutch needs adjustment. You should have 700-1000 rpm between idle and clutch engagement. I think there is a manual out there somewhere though I have never looked. the idle screw should be fairly straight forward

Click a pic of the carb and we can point out the screw if you have any issues

One way to find the adjustment screw for the idle is to twist the throttle and look for movement on the carb....normally clockwise to raise idle and counter clockwise to lower....no pics needed....enjoy the ride...pretty high tech stuff....

Yeah I adjusted it with a screw driver simple to do.
Now to ride it till the wheels fall off.
