thats fine or a b8hsa same plug, just to let you know the lower the number the hotter the plug but i have always used a 7-8

sorry but you need to lower the clip on the needle to raise the needle, to make it richer

So I checked the needle height and it is raised all the way already. I couldn't get the scooter to start, so I Tried adjusting the Idle control screw in the carb. I screwed it in until it was snug and unscrewed it 2 full turns and now it seems to start and drive just fine. I tried going wot and coming to a complete idle many times and it never cut out on me. Although, when I'm driving it seems to sputter a bit as I'm holding a regular speed, or accelerating. I'm guessing this means I should upjet one more size?

Glad to see that you have worked some issues out, you got the info just keep tuning until u hit the sweet spot
