Hi All, I need your help. I have a Roketa 250b (linhai) that has seized up the rear wheel. It will still start but the rear wheel will not turn. Even if the scooter is off it won't roll. I need some guidance on what to look for to see what needs to be done to fix it.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

First thing I would check for is a rock or pebble wedged between the brake disc and one of the pads. Second would be to check for a stuck brake cylinder piston.

Or it could be a shredded belt that locked it up.

Ok I'll check those items. I don't think it's a belt because it I turn it on and give it some gas it will try to turn and then stall out.
But thank!

Hi guys, an update. I think it might be the clutch because while on the center stand the wheel is very hard to spin by hand and when started the wheel does spin. As soon as I drop on the tire it dies. I'm thinking either the new (less than 2 months old) clutch is bound-up. It's parked about 5 miles away so ill have to get a wrecker to get it home. And then check it out.

Before you call a wrecker a lot of tines for less you can rent a truck from Home Depot and it is not too hard to load these things with the help of 1 or 2 guys

You do have oil in your final drive? Just remove the fill bolt if nothing runs out you pump some hypoid in there, it's only a few ounces. I get a weird sound when mine is low.

When in idle your belt should be all the way in your variator, clutch belt should be all the way out on your pulley.
