The seat pan on my Icebear 150cc is cracking badly around the front mount point. Anyone else have this problem? I wonder if it would be worth making a mold and pouring epoxy on the part that is cracked; actually tearing would be more accurate since the plastic is so thin?

Yep, I have found that the plastic parts on my Chinese Trike give me the most grief. Think you should go with the Epoxy idea. That has helped me a lot so far.

I might add that something I learned over the years is that when plastic body parts crack it is sometimes due to stress at the mounting points, the reason why when re-installing a dashboard in a car we have to leave the nuts slightly loose for two days before tightening them down completely or else the dash will crack!
It is possible thus, by SLIGHTLY loosening the one screw at the front, the two nuts at the bottom and the two bolts to the rear, riding it 5-10 or 20 miles then giving it the final twist down might resolve future cracking.
