They spend alot of money advertising on the internet. They keep changing their name. You figure it out.

The BBB score looks bad, but the best I can tell, it's based on a whopping 2 complaints over 3 years. If that's all they've received, that doesn't sound bad at all. There doesn't seem to be a way to check for non-closed complaints though... that only lists closed complaints...? EDIT: oh, they change their name? I've dealt with one of those before. Wound up ruining an entire car dealing with a shady transmission place that had been doing that (of course, didn't know it at the time). ~SM

Yes, only 2 complaints because they *JUST* changed their name. They run 3-4 domain names all the same. You can cross reference by the phone number.
I am always suspicious of a website that does not provide any REAL info on their facility. At the least a valid street address. Many of those sites don't.

Yeah, I'm doing some Google searches right now, and it's horror story after horror story. I dunno why I didn't just do that in the first place. My bad! I'll shush now. ~SM

I purchased a scooter from them in January. The scooter arrived on time, although it was the wrong color and was missing a couple pieces. They shipped the missing parts promptly.
The bad news: it took 2 months and multiple phone calls to get my title paperwork delivered.
So, I saved a couple bucks on the scooter by buying it from them, but I couldn't register it and ride it legally for 2 months.
I will not be buying from them again.

well, I gues I am number TWO who has brought from them. I saw over 200 BBB complaints on them AFTER the fact and before my scooter arrived. I got my NEW 150cc scooter in a box, sight-unseen. I was not contacted and after waiting two hours waiting the hispanic driver researched and called the company and got my cell number (which was on my account with them). I was 10miles away on a bike and told him in spanish to wait and will get back as soon as I can. First problem was it wouldnt crank and gas leaked out. A day of trouble-shooting and I discover the fuel line disconnected at the gas filter. solved. Then after a week of use the turn signal blinkers go off. The turn signals work but stay ON instead of flashing. They send me a relay but it doesn't work. Three days ago the speedometer gives out. BUT it's cool having a scooter (much faster than a bicycle) if only the problem every 3 weeks would stop. Their tech dept seems okay though very slow, but their customer service sucks dawgs. I wouldn't recommend ANYONE buying from them. I got my chinese scooter for $1300 and change. oh, I did get my registration in TWO weeks so I was very shocked, and a week later my plates!! wow!!

They're more expensive than other sites, They carry the same models and prices on all of their copy-sites 2 complaints is indeed not a lot, but if they only sold 4 bikes, then it is!
Lots of ads means the consumer will be charged for it; I prefer not to use companies that have ads all over the web or tv, or road sign bill boards. Ads is like begging for money. I'm not into begging. Instead they should save the money, and sell their scooters cheaper; and let word of mouth build their business!

I had a scooter I got from a friend, he bought from them. It did me pretty good for awhile but around 8k miles it just turned to junk.

Well, RXGuy667, You're probably the first one I hear that puts a number on a chinese scooter! For me it's not a matter of 'IF' a chinese bike would brake, but WHEN!
I suppose if my first real issues happen at 8k km's I'm fine for a while, and can mentally prepare myself to get a good scooter by the time it wears out!

I bought a 300 scoooter from them. Took like 2 weeks to arrive but, the windshield was missing and the front fender was cracked. It has been almost 3 months since and I still haven't received the parts. Every time I call, I get a different story.
