Thunderstorm came through Friday just as I left work. First time riding in the rain. After the initial worry, I sat back and relaxed and actually enjoyed it! Remembered playing in the rain as a kid. So, I just pretended I was on a jet ski! ;D

did you have a rainsuit? if not motorcycle superstore has some good ones for 50$ and up plus they are good for cooler mornings as a windbreaker. you can ride through a brutal rainstorm if you wear a full helmet and end up bone dry!

no rain suit. I was drenched when I got home. Had my second ride in the rain coming home from work. I enjoyed it too! (as long as I didn't ride over 40 mph...kind of hurts then!) Oh, and still no rain suit. Guess I ought to get one of those!

I love riding my scooter in the rain but nice and easy no speeding and no hitting the brakes hard. its nice here because its usually always very hot here. I am usually always soaked i dont where rain coats or jackets. Feels great!

Happened to me just two days ago. I dont have any bodywork on my scoot. Got a bit waterlogged and had to sit at a gas station for three hours for the scoot to dry out....The worst was the front tire kicking crap up my helmet and hydroplaning at anything more than 30. I wear glasses too so I got some double fogging goin on.
