Hiya from America! As to your scoot probably not, I've got the Znen Titan 250 (made some improvements.) but overall Znen is pretty good. BTW, when I first saw your posting I was reminded of the cold war era comedy movie One, Two, three. In it a member of the Soviet delegation is going to complain to the Swiss about defective cheese. "Totally unacceptable, full of holes" LOL!

Thanks for the reply Spandi, reason I was wondering is that the scoot came with mirrors to be fitted, but after screwing them in, they dont face the right direction if you know what i mean, and if i leave them in the direction they need to be, the vibration as I ride moves them around. I am talking about the rods with the thread that the mirrors are attached too.
Yeah Swiss cheese is expensive enough, and then you are paying for air too!!

I didn't have a specific problem with the mirrors, however, I used Loc-Tite thread locker on anything I screwed in to keep the vibration from shaking it loose (and sometimes some mod work too.)
