i've given up on sunright,they must have there chosen few on who they deal with i think the company i bought mine from has black balled me from sunright because i turned them into the BBB of N.Carolina anyways i need a new cover for my box it busted today on bottem left henge if anyone knows the oem part # and or a place to get 1 or if someone has and extra 1 laying around id appreciate i'll pay u for it Riders Wholesale is who i tuned in when i got my scooter it was damaged n they said keep it will get you all the parts.never happen once they got there money i couldn't ever get ahold of them they wouldn't return my calls or anything anyways it is what it is ty

Also -- for dealing with Sunright -- call Jim in the morning b4 they get busy to get a part#. Then fax your order to Gigi including the part# and your cc#. Then follow up (kindly) every few days with Gigi to see if she's been able to get your order out. Be friendly and pleasant -- they'll take care of you. They ARE a small operation, though so some diligence will pay off, but you'll find a lot of good info in that link above.

didn't fax to jim but did talk to jim on wed he sent me parts list took my order on thursday took my credit card told me what it would cost...waited untill friday still no charge to my card sent him another email he said ..William,
The order was processed and is in queue in the parts department.
It will most likely pack and ship today.
Jim .that was friday as of friday i have not yet been charged for the parts...ill give it till monday after lunch ,and we'll see what happens still out on them

They are slow. Not a "mail-order" operation. They always got mine to me, though. I sometimes had to "remind" Gigi.
