Tire remove and install

Has anyone got ideas of the best way to take a tire off the rim
and put a new one on ? 13" Aluminum wheels
I've never done it before and there is no shop near by that will handle small tires and wheels

I used a local tire shop for cars and there equipment fit the 13" wheels....most newer equipment will work....give it a try....all they can do is say no.... ...the local Yamaha shop beat up the wheels so bad on the first tire change that I will not go back........enjoy the ride...
