Hello Everyone. Last year I purchased a Johnway YY250T, but unfortunately I had to garage it till this year. Today was the first day that I rode it to work (what blast it was), but now I am thinking ahead at maintenance. I have the Engine Oil and the Gear Oil changes all worked out, but there are a few screws that I know make adjustments to the engine that I am not sure of. When you take off the batter cover, you will also find the carb. There is a large screw there, towards the left hand side of the bike that I believe is the idle screw? There is also a cable with a flat head screw end on the right had side of the bike that is held in place by a bracket with a screw that is holding on the water pump. Can anyone tell me what that is used for? Thank you for your time. Let me know if you want me to post pics for the items I am asking about. Take care.

It sounds like the carburetor drain for the float bowl.

Yeah, I agree with warrenS it sounds like you found the carb bowl drain line. You should use a fuel stablizer in the winter during storage. And drain the fuel bowl with the tube you found. Your primary jet adjustment maybe under the carb in a very hard to get to location. Don't worry about it unless you need to make an adjustment. Check your spark plug after a 100 miles or more. It should be a light to med tan color. If it's very light (close to white) or very dark it might be a good idea to tweek the primary jet a little. But worry about it if or when you need it.
Good luck and enjoy the ride,
Bob

Thank you Gentlemen for taking the time to answer the my questions. I pulled the screw out of the line that I was asking about, and low and behold we have gas. Thanks again.
