I cannot find the cfmoto v5 cf250t-10 anywhere in any google search, but I have one. Not even in an image search. Most are known as the cfmoto v5 cf250t-5. Anyone have one or know of why it's labeled as such?  |

Does your 06 v5 model differ from the 09 Legacy model that you have? I think the differences in the exhaust system is the reason maybe.

This came with the same exhaust as my Legacy. I put the different style on yesterday, not by choice. Ordered it from Kathi as a used take-off. Didn't show up in the condition as expected so we'll see how that is handled in the coming days. There is a difference in the charcoal canister on my 09 and the 06. There isn't one under the airbox on my 09, and a huge one under my 06. The 250-10 (V5) is faster than the 250-5 (legacy) but since these bikes are inconsistent between owners, having two at the same time may only be making it confusing since they cannot be compared and expect identical performance. They didn't perform the same off the showroom floor according to many. Still no idea on the difference, but there are apparently very few labeled 10 since I have only seen one other one out of every bike on google. It does exist however, I've now seen two total.  |

Wow, I think I had a temp. brain freeze when I wrote my last post recomending you to go to alternative cruisers. When I wrote it I didn't even look at who started the thread. Sorry one1 of course you already know Kathi.
I looked at my '06 manual and it's a T5. So your saying (at leaset or your bikes) that the T10 is the faster of the 2. Correct? Did Kathi have any input or....? I am assuming the used ext. wasn't as she discribed it on the forum.

As I have already stated, he wanted a muffler. I sent him a muffler with about 50 miles on it. I sent him the pipe gratis in case he needed to use anything on it. He didn't want to pay 213.00 for the muffler new from CF and the pipe new would be 49.00. But he didn't request the pipe, only the muffler. He is upset with the EGR tail tip broken, but that is on the pipe. The 10 is from the dealer (Qlink, CF Moto or sunright) who ever at that time imported the bike added it as their personal model.

Kathi please do not spread strife across multiple forums. I have been very courteous in my response here relating to the issue to leave the issues where they started at, but that can change as needed. You are aware I am very unhappy at this moment.
