You need to be a little more specific and give a little more detail as to your difficulty, but you've sure come to the right place, a virtual cornucopia of Scooter knowledge.

sorry, was just waiting for a response from someone, then explain. I just completed all the fluid changes, charged the battery, took off the plastics, and checked all nuts, bolts, and connectors. I go to start, and just a click. I think to myself, back in the day with cars, that was a voltage regulator, selenoid, or capacitor, whatever it was easy to fix. Here, I have no clue. First scooter I ever purchased. Anyway, using the key start, the click comes from the first device, the relay I believe. When I tried with the remote, I get that continuous, da da da da, clicking and sounds like it's from the starter?

Is This a new scooter and did it ever run? Is your headlight good and bright and what does it look like when you try to start?

I'm really stuck now... Went to check headlight, there is a switch on the right throttle grip, (in book says for parking, flood, or instruments, or all. The switch seemed like it was stuck, so I took it apart and noticed no connections to it?? Headlights come on when I hit the "flash HighBeam button. The hi lo button does nothing. Must have to be running to work? I have not had it running yet..

The battery is fine. Had it on a trickle charger all day yesterday. Then tested it at 12.4 . I'm off the 215 and Buffalo/Rainbow.

With the key/ button start, seems like power stops at the relay, just one click when I hit start button. When I use the remote, I hear at the starter, I think, click click click, just like older cars do ....

Mine was wired wrong from the factory. Unfortunately the dealer was no help and it took about 2 minutes for me to know that I knew more than the guy I was talking to. I finally took off all the plastic panels and traced the wiring. It did not make any sense how it was wired. I just wired it the way I thought it should be wired. After that everything worked. Unfortunately, if you do not understand electronics, it will be a big problem. As already suggested, you may want to find some local help. If you have any specific electrical questions, I will try to help. Good luck!

Thanks Terry, I do know a little about electrical/ electronics, and I will try the same. I was trying to avoid taking all the plastic off, oh well I guess I need to do the valve adjustments anyway. I thought I read it was better to wait till you put some miles on it before adjusting the valves?

Yes, it is a pain to take the plastic off! Maybe the same factory guy that wired mine, wires yours! Mine would start but the headlight would only come on if I hit the switch to flash the light from low to high beam. Sorry but I do not remember any more exactly what I had to re-wire to make it work. I got the headlight and tail light to work as it should but then I found that I was not charging the battery. That was when I had to open up the main wiring harness from the front to back and trace the wiring. Since then, no more wiring or charging problems. The valves may or may not be adjusted correctly from the factory but good to check and learn how to do it while the plastic is off. There are some videos that show this.
