Battery Box Mod for Using Larger battery

This Mod is for a Hansom boy style scooter but may work with many others,
It was simple and quick, but works well..

Here's the Battery and dimensions.



Price: $72.00
Size: "6" x "3 7/16" x "4 3/8 "
C.C.A.: 230 Amp/Hr: 11.2

This is the battery in before the mods.









Battery Lid won't go down flush.

Here's the Mod..

Battery Lid Flush with Floor ;D ;D ;D

This allowed me to put a 11A 230 cca battery in my scooter..
I hope this helps those needing to do something similar.

I am going to create a central repository of basic scooter information. I know some exist out there, but I want MINE! It will be a point-to for the scooter sales I do, not to mention help others with easy to access info.

Sure, there are stickies here. People just don't seem to look for them.
