Are you serious? That is amazing!!! You have really really raised the bar for customs. I have an extra GY6 that I want to customize similar to yours.
Welcome to the forum. Thank you for sharing pics of your beautiful creation.

Thanks sooo much, the bike is getting judged tomorrow morning to go to SA bike championship, if it wins it goes to sturgis, super stressed, its built on a 1000£ budget so hope I can prove its possible to create madness from smaller bikes as well.
gy6 should be fun, want to build a b&w with a 300 bigbore but we'll see if it gets any success.
The bws is running a 6mm bigbore kit, with the fan off the flywheel so proper aircooled and easy revs, gy6 will be the same, LEKA!!!

howdy and welcome to the forum. i really enjoyed the pictures of your scooter. the idea of having the center of the front wheel in front of the shocks is interesting. with the rake angle it should be quite stable?
lotsa miles and smiles to ya

Thanks for commenting It is rather raked the little thing is longer than my fzx750 so moving it around at slow speeds is rather difficult. It handles awesome but its easy to forget its a scoot and expectations get really high then.
Front end is also very light so you can steer the bike with the pressure applied by your feet. Can't say yet if the design is faster than the original have not ridden enough, took it to 60mph once and it felt really really fast lol

Looks kewl . Wow Brembo brakes ! I would paint them red via powder coating . I think I would change the seat it does not look comfy to me . If you brake hard ut looks like you would hit your ^%$$ on the frame , ouch .
I love the frame design with highway pegs . Since you have the open space you could have 2 engines , with the front powering a hydraulic pump to a hub to propel the front . Yes I know thats a wacky idea , but I always wanted a Rokon ( maybe mispelled ) those 2WD off road motorcycles .
What size engine does it have ? Have you hit the top speed of it ? If so how fast did it go ?
That is a neat one for sure .Thanks for sharing pics .
I hope you do not live too close to District 9 . Haha just kidding

HAHAHA!!! ;D ;D ;D About 25km's from it!! Thanks man, yeah the brembo's are off the aerox100 It's running a yamaha bws 100 motor, but with a 5mm big bore kit and high compresion piston, open air filter still needs to be rejeted. I have taken it to about 63mph with no front brakes LOL but it will be going loads faster still need to fit the leo vince zx racing exhaust. Seat will be changed most definately its way too steap and spoils it, loads of fun to ride it, got a paoli racing rear shock in at the back makes it feel a bit more sporty. Feels very strange riding with your feet there dont know how the HD guys keep straight faces
