Placed an order never got it! Day I placed it git the confirmation stating shipping info with in 24 to 48 hours no up date! Called a ton of times no answer no return call. Sent him emails not only thru the company website but his Face Book page with no response! Called and emailed Mr Michael this morning telling him cancel the order refund my credit card! If he does not I will dispute it with the C.Card. Needless to say no response! Never talked to anyone because they dont answer or respond!

NCY trans kit no longer offered, comes with stock weights 12gram that is no help to anyone, most do not need nor use spring base that is included, drive face is stock so I am just doing my best to offer and deliver best products since 2003 my folks long before anyone else and this is a fact, I have found better products in Naraku, Stage 6 and KOSO for same cost
AS far as the racing scene and the drag racing mention Matt, I have put scooter racing in the US mid atlantic region on the map myself with my 6 scooters since 2008, I have plans and it is happening right now for even more, but because you have to have at least 5 scooters show for a track to include scooters as an event at mini Moto races I built 6 from my pocket, I did turn down several sponsors but one I kept due to its the only distributors that does not compete with me online for retail customers
Scootdawg members please continue to call and visit for help I have been on the cutting edge of the twist an go scooter industry for 10 years it is my job since 2003
Also anyone who has been slighted stand up for yourself and call me, I will make things right, please understand Visa and Mastercard rules do not allow me to steal nor does pay pal so no one ever lost their money

BTW yes I am a human and do make mistakes in spelling well I am no different than most I just happen to support he chinese scooter market, after eight years online and 10s of thousands of orders yes miatkes and errors, just like Irene keep USPS and FEDEX from picking up twice last week, the snow storms kept me out of my shop for days the past two winters not excuses just simple facts that affect everyone and lets do not even mention the US market for scooters that simply went away in the last three years, I went from 7 employees to one, and have built back up, the market has all my distribuotrs selling online the very products they sell me to sell online, but this is the way of the world
Anyone who feels slighted please contact me if not have fun bashing me to death

scootermike - I did notice that you've been ordering from us recently, and we very much appreciate it. I take back what I said about you not purchasing from us. We'll have more of the product you have been ordering arriving soon, and with a much wider selection as well. It is on the water right now.
Please note however that we do in fact get our hands dirty on machines on a regular basis, although I readily acknowledge that Scootertronics works on scooters far more often than we ever will. That is really all I was saying in the drag racing post.

Ordered a big bore kit. Couldn't ever figure out a status on the order. Finally after 3 and a half weeks or so. it ships. This was after roughly 5 emails and calls. The calls, I was always told I would get a call back which I didn't. The emails went completely unanswered until after the parts shipped.
The second part of the order, which was an exhaust just mysteriously dissapeared. So I waited a month on that, only to order it from good ole Jeremy at enviromoto and have it within a week.
-As for the parts that came with the BBK, the ncy head seems to have bent valves, I removed the springs, the valves do not move. Not in the slightest. It was not fun figuring that out a good portion of the way through the rebuild.
-The air filter cone, was seperated from the rubber boot. Meaning it won't filter much.
-The main jet, was not all the way drilled. which can be fixed.. But WTF?
Out of the whole kit, the only thing I actually ended up using is the cam. And I may have a replacement cylinder should i need one.
Good luck to me on getting returns on parts that I attempted to install. I'd ordered smaller items such as variators and weights before without issue. But this big one left a bad taste in my mouth and it won't happen again. I'm a firm believer in customer service and you simply do not receive that from scootertronics. live n learn

2 months it took to finally take action against this guy, micheal milstead. I purchased the items september 1 and here is one of the statements he made.
"the carb I have in stock I need to inspect it myself due to mounting on your scooter which to me will mount directly to the intake you have without anything special, I just can't send parts out until I know they are going to install easily for customer"
when i finally received the part 3 weeks later it didnt fit. but he personally made sure it fit before he sent it didnt he? Since i do not have a lot of knowledge on this i had my mechanic talk to him and basically he needed to send an adapter and a choke cable. Here it is 11/1 (2) months past my order and NOTHING. He screamed at me over the phone saying i will get it when i get it. I finally filed a did not receive items with my bank and hopefully i will just get refunded my money.
Complete A** over the phone and will tell you hes sending stuff and never does.

it really does suck that scootertronics has such a bad rep because they got alot of sweet stuff on their website! I have been wanting this jacket i have seen on the stie but i am looking at other sites for it. dont want to deal with scootertronics.

I had a really bad experience with scootertronics to, it took me 3-4 weeks to get a refund from them, and they didnt respond until i got the CC company involved.
My quesion is why carry all that stuff they have and jerk every single customer around ? its seems like you would want to treat them good and keep them happy, which equals MORE MONEY AND A GOOD REP.
Anybody who buys anything from them after hearing about them, or reading this is a fool.

Glad you finally got the part. Have not heard much about Mike lately. I suppose he is still in business. Feel free to contact me if you ever need anything. I have all the routine parts for 50cc and 150cc scoots as well anything Znen specific especially plastics if they are the same as our Motorino scooters. I know plastics can be a real challenge to find, that is why we stock them.

I ordered a 50cc scooter from them about 2 years ago. I received in about 3 weeks but when it arrived the windshield was not in crate which wasn't too bad. the big problem was the one of the crank bearings was bad. I won't go into details to keep a long story short, After numerous calls and emails with no response I had my bank do a charge back and returned scooter freight collect. I still havn't herd from them. It was alot of headaches and wasted time. Ended up buying from local brick and morter and couldn't be happier.

Talked to Tommy last night and got the real scoop. Tommy bought the shop off the owners of the building and started his own shop which is great.
Mike well he's in limbo at the moment who knows where he will land.

They're HORRIBLE!!!!! In Dec I ordered a BBK for my sym jet euro, I recieved the package but it was missing the head. I called them back & and questioned why that was, and THEN I was told that the head was a seperate part that was about $60. I asked why wasn't I told this upon ordering, a BBK is useless w/o this & he "Michael" gave me a bit of an attitude & said that I only requested a 70cc CYLINDER kit and never mentioned a head... To avoid further BS I went ahead & placed the order for the head. I waited 2 days for a confirmation email & nothing, I then began my phone assult on them which lead me NOWHERE bc calls weren't being answered nor emails replyed to. I refrained ordering from another sight bc he had taken my billing info & I had a little hope that maybe the confirmation email had been forgotten to have been sent. Needless to say, after 1week & a half of impatiently waiting I went ahead & placed my order with a MRP dealer. All this happened last month [mid Dec] and !!YESTERDAY!! [Jan 18th] I recieved a call from "them" stating that some notes were found and they believe my part [the head] hadn't been shipped....... Horrible customer service, NEVER AGAIN will I do business with them or recomend them to ANYONE!!
