I have a CF Moto Glory, which is the same motor as the EFI eCharm. I've also ridden an eCharm. Great scoot. Lots of people really like them. I know there's at least a few on here from doing lots of reading. They have also been rebranded as the Qlink Pegasus and the Diamo Torino, although I believe they stopped rebranding before they switched to EFI ones. There have been a number of people on here talking about Pegasus' especially in the last year or two.

E-Charm cooling problems is corrected in 2008's and up ASSUMING that what you are purchasing is a true 2008 and later. I have a 2008 QLINK carbed Pegasus which is same engine-machine except for the Ducati fuel injection which makes a world of difference on throttle response. I've put 4,200 miles on my 2008 and I'm totally happy with it. As with any scooter brand, like cars, you'll find those who will swear their scoot could be run over by a tractor and not have a scratch on in and those who say that that every macine a company makes is a piece of crap. Let careful research guide you. CfMoto used to make a lot of machines that were re-branded as other manufacturers' including being sold as "Italian" scooters. My opinion is that they are a good machine for the money. Feel free to e-mail me if you have anything you feel I may be able to answer.

The 2009 E-Charm 150I has updated radiator/cooling system, along with the Ducatti fuel injection system..This scooter is the fastest 150 I have ever rode..great accelaration throughout power band..Had it up to 60mph with plenty of throttle left and what a stable ride..will keep you posted as I go through break-in period.......

I have the 2009 E Jewel 150 with a carb. So far, seems pretty solid. Wish it would warm up here in Minnesota.

I just bought a new 09 charm FI today. Was riding home from the dealer and after 7 miles it stopped running on the road. After 5 minutes it started back up. It did this again 2 more times in a total of 30 miles. Other than that I like the scoot a lot. Great brakes and suspension.

What a bummer. Is the scooter just quitting? You should do a full PDI on it. It is probably something simple..

Yes, the engine just dies. It won't restart immediately, but does after a few minutes, and it is fine for a while. Temp is in good range, not overheated. I called the dealer and left a message but he hasn't called me back.

I believe it is a standard 24mm CV carb, so you can change the air filter and the jets no problem. Any scooter internet parts store will have what you need.
As far as the exhaust is concerned I don't know. You could certainly swap out the muffler for any type, it would be the header pipe that may be an issue. I would guess that a standard pipe would fit, but it is just a guess...

I will be installing the MRP HP exhaust next week(will keep you posted as to any fabrications needed)..most if not all mods are from MRP so far..FI engine is 1P58MJ-A..I believe that the CVT mods are similar to the GY6 mods(variator rollers, belt, clutch springs,etc..)...BTW, make sure that your dealer is OK with any mods during the two year warranty period.....

nkrayer, Sounds like what mine did and it was just vacuum created in the gas tank, I have recommended this often because it worked on mine and a friend's 250 scoot, and is simple, when it does it again remove the gas cap and try to start it. Might work. If it works it is an easy fix.

FWIW.....I thought that model had fuel injection? If so, it may be difficult to find performance mods....no carb to play around with. And there's the possibility that anything you do to increase performance will upset the FI system. My own car has fuel injection.....if you do any mods to the intake or the exhaust, there's a relearning procedure for the ECU that you can initiate. I don't know if this scoot has that option.....some vehicles do the relearn procedure automatically, without any intervention.

The 150T-5A is the carbed model of the ECharm, Pegasus, etc. They didn't introduce the 5i (EFI) model until 08 (or maybe even '09), and they still offer both versions as far as I know. It sounds like he has the carbed model.

Does anyone know what roller weights come stock in the '09 Glory 150? I want to tune my CVT but I cannot find any parts specific to my bike. Will standard GY6 CVT parts work? Any help would be great!
