Thanks Gary, Engine arrived yesterday! yfrog.com/ndimg0424rjyfrog.com/02img0427sjyfrog.com/6rimg0429mojInstalled it last night Long late night. Everything Fit Great Just the rear shaft diameter was larger than the original Seems to be stronger I hope the crank is fatter too! ;D The wheel fits onto the spline but not the spacer or the muffler bracket bearing so i can't finish that part yet.. Today i figured where the last few vacuum lines go,mounted the stock carb was sitting in a box since the Factory engine broke, Put a new battery in it, Added antifreeze and Oil Added some gas Cranked it 3 times and Vrooom it's alive! Runs Perfect And even the idol is smooth... Just on the center stand Waiting in the Bracket assay to complete the assembly This engine is from an MP250 Some slight differences Maybe Better built i hope. But identical in other ways. I mailed JCL right away and they got right back with What Bracket and spacer that i need to get it going and Send it it out right away! My experience so far is Excellent.. Dennis

Final Update; The Scooter is alive and well ;D img837.imageshack.us/g/img0434ho.jpg/Received the larger spacer and Muffler bracket Larger Bearing from JCL Seems Whatever i asked and needed They get the parts right and to me in good time the first time!! Recommend JCL From my Expierence.. I Also believe it was an MC 54b engine from what i can tell thought it was another but cosmetically The case Machining quality shows improvement over my stock JMstar So i guess they have better internals. THE right side engine cover was naked aluminum vs my old painted silver so I Painted it high temp black so it won't get oxidized. also Never liked the Silver CVT cover so i painted that Black also and think it looks better. Anyhow i seem to have all of the bugs out the Rear tire went flat on the second ride (Bad Valve stem) Luckily i was close to home I replaced them. Also Seems to be smoother and runs better than new, I have put about 150 trouble free miles on it Now and took it on a the freeway for a few short runs and it's stable Power is also good. I also have a parts engine Getting Cold here so i even tried my heated Vest and gloves Works great so i will ride until I see Snow. Anyhow Thanks for all of your replies and Ride safe!
