Recently, Voodoosix posted a link to a VIN #/manufacturer list: 2strokebuzz.com/index.php?page_id=3946I sent him some info. about Linhai and he was very appreciative, asking us to help him expand his list. Below is his e-mail: Ollie: Thanks again for the LL8 info. I poked around that thread you posted on Scootdawg and found a few details on other WMIs, I really appreciate it.
If you or the guys on Scootdawg notice any others I don't have, I'd love to add them.
It's best if I can get the WMI with the make, model, and year of the scooter, but I'll take anything I can get as long as it's valid. Even if it's a code I already have but you have more specific info about year/make/models, that'd be great.
Thanks!
Bryan
If you have info. that could be helpful, here is his e-mail address: illnoise@2strokebuzz.com

Mine's LWG, made by :"Chongqing Huansong Industries Group, Ltd - Tomoto Industries Inc."
I list it here because I emailed that info to the illnoise guy back in April and he still hasn't updated his page with it.
Edit: Perhaps I should mention that my scooter's model is "Baja SC150" and make is "Baja Motorsports".

Hey, guys, I'm following this thread and I appreciate the info! I've got several more that people emailed that I haven't added to the list yet (the way I set it up was dumb and I need to take a couple hours to clean up the code so it's easier to update) but you can be sure that I'm writing them down and will add them ASAP.

We bought our (2) Q-Link Achilles direct from Local B & M Q-Link Dealer... The Vin #LE8xxxxxx is stated as brand "Gung" on our title and official Florida Registration(s)... The "master list" link at top of thread lists this vin # as: "Guangzhou Panyu Huanana Motors Ind. Co. Ltd" so maybe "Gung" is an abbreviated version of this? It's knot bean a big deal to us, we've bean enjoying the ride (when it's knot reining), and sew far dealer service and support has been stellar.

A WMI list already exists at the DOT. I downloaded several versions and when I get the chance to sort them by motorcycle manufacturer, I can post the results somehow.

OK , I've scrubbed the list until all I have left are 2-wheeled vehicles (scooters, mopeds, motorcycles, etc.). It's a pdf and not very large (197k), what should I do with it now to make it useful for the members?

I have a JMSTAR MC-13-150. The first 4 digits of the VIN: LJ4T I bought it from scooternitro.com. They said it was a mid-year upgrade for the Roketa Bali 150 (MC-13-150). But, they didn't send the Roketa; they sent a JMSTAR instead.

Mine is similar to yours speugnet. I ordered a Roketa Bali 250, received mc13-250 from NST. The plates on it tell us that Jonway manufactured it.

Mine is on there, 5RY which says Roketa/Unique and states final assembly allegedly in the US.. That makes me wonder.. Mine came well assembled, more so than mst stories I have read, nice tight bolts, wiring was dressed well, I really had nothing to do but take it apart and put it back together.. That was really it.. So, it makes me wonder.... Maybe there is something to the final assembly in the US thing.. I dunno... Others who have the Unique nameplate seem to have a similar experience... at least the latest ones do... We'll see.... dang I need a new keyboard, have to keep going back and fix missing letters...
