I was curious if there is a way of directly adding an avatar photo without using a third party website such as photobucket? I already have photo editing software and I currently use Windows 7 platform. Resizing photos is easy, but I dislike bouncing from website to website.

Thank you. I am not quite the internet junkie most people are, so I will have to read all this again and again. Another suggestion: If we are going to go to the trouble to enter a message here, why not capitalize the first word of each sentence, and use proper punctuation? I see more and more people doing other wise, and it just bothers me to no end, it looks like the writer is partially illiterate, or just plain lazy... I may be new here but not new to the net. With the above post I MUST AGREE. I almost need a decoder ring or a translator at times to understand what these kids are calling writing these days in any forums. I think they have dropped the English requirements in our schools.

Yeah I just read it for the first time, too. What I did do (most recently) with a photo was downsize it to 600x622 or something while the original is like 2400x2488 give or take; I posted the link to the large one (which has text in the photo that couldn't be read otherwise or I would have skipped it altogether) but only attached the smaller one here; is 600x622 small enough to suit most?
