Matt I got 2 things I would like to see. First, I'd like to see someone besides Mr Michael at 'tronics offer the ball bearing spring base for the torque spring. I want the part but I'll be damned if I order it from him. Second, I'd like to see an A9 cam with an adjustable sprocket so that you could adjust the timing up to maybe +/- 10 degrees.

Matt. As far as I am concerned you are doing great. Thank you and all your staff for the hard work and good service. I think "partsfor scooters.com" is doing an aufull lot that is right.. Try to be good to yourselves cause us customers probably won't be as good to you as you all deserve.
Thanks from the Panhandle.

I love you guys. You are good enough that all the rest have to work hard to keep up. Some do. I guess I encourage you to be really do what you do best. He who trys to do everything rarely does everything well. Sort of jack of all is a master of nothing. I used to use you for stock parts and fixing but gradually found others who did that better. You often don't have stock stuff in stock. I do know it is tough. Very much so.

Teddy - Thanks for the kind words. We are adding brands all of the time, but you have to keep in mind that sometimes with the smaller performance brands, we may want them, but often times cannot have them due to distribution agreements with some of the other scooter part companies. NCY and Stage 6 are examples of this. We are working very hard to bring NCY to our product offerings soon.
We have agreements with Hoca and Dr. Pulley right now for performance parts, but we are always looking to add more.
Also, we will be launching a new, easier to use website soon, so keep an eye out for that as well.

Also if you need anything measured they will go to the warehouse and measure it for you with no problem. They are awesome!

See, I've never seen one of these engines before, and they are all pretty well shrouded up and not a lot to see, oh sure I've messed with lawnmower engines, go-kart engines, motorcycle engiens and car engines, but one of these scooter engines I haven't opened up and taken apart before. I'm real tempted to look around for a junk 49 cc engine cheap just to tear apart and learn more about how they are constructed and put together, tho the exploded views there are a good way to learn a lot in absence of a physical engine to tear apart to examine.

I'm glad you guys keep on providing feedback, I really do appreciate it. Not only does it help us, but it helps your dealers as well. To be fair, things have gotten very very busy here over the last couple of months, and I don't don't see it slowing down anytime soon. I apologize if I'm not responding as quickly as you would like but for the next few months if you need a quick response it is a better idea to call us then to wait for one on the forum. I really do appreciate all that you guys bring to the table and your patience as well.

Just got a Yunming trunk and was looking forward to the usual hassle with trying to fit it to my Pathfinder. The Pathfinder's rear rack has been carefully designed to reject any and all rational mounting systems so I was getting my drills, clamps etc. ready to go. When I opened the package I discovered that there were no instructions or diagrams..just a bag of parts and the trunk neatly wrapped. I figured what the hay.. I've been here before so I started to trial fit stuff and it was so logical and easy that in 10 minutes the whole thing was installed and looks great. Great job guys!!

Well, we ordered a bbk for a United Motors xpeed 50 and you sent the wrong kit... your web site says they are Minarelli, its actually a MORINI And you wont take the part back, now were stuck with it...
Not trying to 'slam' you, and overall we have had not other issues... more speed parts would be nice...

Hey guys! Thanks to Bintelli (www.bintelli.com)we now have a Havoc 150 in house as an R&D rig. We are going to use it for product fitment and as a show scooter. I know there have been a bunch of questions about Bintelli lately, so if we can answer any of them I'd be happy to attempt to do so. My initial impression of this scoot is pretty positive. I'll post some more pictures when I get the time, and naturally if you can think of products that this scooter needs, let us know! Thanks, Matt Here is a link to a couple of pictures on our facebook page: www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.10151107957155669.433496.169431985668&type=3We also have a picture of the PartsForScooters staff dressed up for Halloween as well, so that's alwasy fun as well.

Mat, I have the highest regard for PFS. You have been very generous to us (St Petersburg Scooter Club) for gifts for both of our rally's. I don't order from you allot because I get most of my stuff from Robert at Seminole Scooters. He buys his parts from you(I know as sometime I run out pick them up for him when he can't wait till the next day) so they still come from you but I'm supporting you and my local scooter shop at the same time. Keep up the good work.
