Did you just clean up the transfers or did you play with the ports. A slight change in port timing can increase the mid and high range power. Did you check the squish zone? Two cycle motors appear to be very simple and yet they are complicated in operation. While I am not the best to explain two cycle theory, I do know several people who live and breath pre-mix.

Yep the transfers were matched up and it has 1.0mm squish. Runs great.

this thing looks like a beast! for the camo, did u actually paint it or was it a vinyl overlay? i want that same idea but i want digital, kind of like an urban theme going on a retro bike.
also, that huge box of parts...epic

Thanks. It's going to be redone a little bit this spring. The carb is just to much for this kit, and I need to do a little bit more to the exhaust port to get this thing turning some r's.
