headman, you asked what we wanted to see, several of us said we want before and after photos of your ported heads.
Moot has specific questions about valve sizes...
How about some before/after pics as requested, otherwise, few will take your word for it. Just the way it is.

"kliff", as I mentioned earlier the base kit uses a stock replacement valve train. Motorio makes the Titanium retainers. Motorio makes the Titanium springs also. The regular size valves (which are commonly referred to as "BIG") are sold as 23mm ext, and 28mm int. but the actual measurements are 22.85.mm and 27.81mm. The optional Stainless Steel valves are from Motorio or Farrea, your choice (The Farrea's are the more expensive). “harrywr2”, I have logged 3.2k miles on our stage II HEAD so far, including all dyno testing and installation on 3 different vehicles. It is holding up very well. “medman1952”, I appreciate you interest in this head/intake system and hope to provide any information you may like regarding them. “mrsg”, if you do enjoy your vehicle I am certain you will enjoy it even more with a professionally prepared port and polish intake manifold and head kit. “moot”, here is the link to pictures of the HEADS before and after and direct comparison: s789.photobucket.com/albums/yy171/GY6HEADquarters/?action=view¤t=5e29af74.pbw&t=1247275557“usfmarine”, I am sorry that I took so long to get these pictures up; forum rules regarding posting prices = p.m. me. “causticbelt”, I hope that you can see what you looking for in the above LINK with the pictures. If not please let me know. I very much appreciate all the interest and hope that it continues, as everyone deserves to have their engine working at least at the level my scooter performs, “less than mine is a crime”.

Which Island are you on...Bainbridge or Whidby...I forget? Try running it over the North Cascades pass or Chinook or Stevens for that matter. A 150cc that could run over Stevens Pass without melting down would be a trick. Of course Snoqualmie, Blewitt and Stephens in the same day...that would be a triple crown.

"harrywr2", I can tell you that I have not traveled through any of the passes yet but I hadn't thought to do it to promote our heads. So thanks, I will do it. Don’t kill me for saying it and give me a window of more than 48 hours to get it done (probably 2 weeks, my wife's work schedule is different every day and it keeps me at a loss with my ability to schedule and execute). I will video as much of both climbs as I can so that we can put this to REST. I agree with you on at least one aspect, the stock 150cc head design is very inefficient, I don’t know if it would melt under those circumstances but it certainly shouldn’t be able to drive 60 mph or even sustained 55 on a scooter with my 275 lb. carcass over either of those passes. So I will find out.

"jrryan", That is one of my all time favorite movie scenes, Clint did it right. It is true "a man does need to know his limitations". I hope that when I exceed your limitations you can attribute it to my R&D and the knowledge/experience that went into the performance that made it a reality. Have you seen "Gran Torino", a new favorite is born!!!

So I will find out. I've been over Chinook and Cayuse pass on my 280 lb 150cc Bali with my 200 lb carcas on a pretty close to stock Roketa(I have a .110 main jet...actually worked against me above 3,000 feet). Sorry if it seems I'm being hard on you...but we've had a parade of snake oil salemen thru this forum. Folks spending $1,000+ dollars and ending up going slower. I personally have a box full of 'performance' CDI's that don't even work. And a 'performance' head that just plain does not fit. And other miscellaneous stuff.Left as Nice scooter friendly route for a Chinook/Cayuse pass run is out Issaquah-Hobart. Keep going on the same road until you hit the Ravensdale market. Turn left, Turn RIght on kanaskat-retreat, turn right on kanaskat cumberland, WOT pretty much into Enumclaw, turn right on 410. Pick up some gas at th Safeway. Reverse course and it's 50 miles up to Cayuse. Cell phone service quits about 10 miles outside of Enumclaw.

Well, you don't have to be a genius to figure out why the Prices are not posted. Are the prices posted on their website? I did not see any prices for Stage 1,2,3 on their website. Its because if posted it would scare everyone away and they wouldn't even get a single call.
I do not trust sites that do not post prices for their products. When they advertise their products with no prices and tell you to call for prices, get ready to open your wallet REAL WIDE:) Alleyoop

Hey, if you want a ported and polished head, contact Kliff, I think he charges $125.00 to do it and he has a lot of years experience doing head work. He has left this forum because of conflicts with another member here. You can find him over at my forum a link is in my signature.
