Common practice w/ motorcycle riders who want to add a little character to their ride. The way I used to do it is to carefully mark off a circular pattern around the exh. outlet and then centerpunch evenly spaced six spots. Then drill six small holes(3/8th"). Better to start small and enlarge if more sound is desired. If the airbox isn't changed, airflow though the engine isn't increased that much and installing a larger main jet is not required. Seems to last longer than clipping baseball cards against the spokes.

Ooohhh!!!!, clipping baseball cards against the spokes that brings back memories. Not a bad idea actually. It doesn't cost anything if the cards aren't yours.

marklorenzi: I just bought one of the Fleetwoods. They look like a clone of the Honda XRM's they sell overseas. It is in transit now and I should get it this week. I will try to post my experience here. Call me the guinea pig hahaha.
