if you get the engine listed dont be alarmed if the engine case says that its a 139qmb i got a 150cc engine from the same ebay dealer and thats what mine says , it also says 50cc on the valve cover lol . but dont worry it is a 150 cc

Ummm, please read the thread. I opted to rebuild--raising the displacement to 163cc and have 500 miles on the rebuilt engine and its running fine.
No need to replace the engine...and less than $200 got me a more powerful engine as well.

Glad you got things going Analogreigns...don't know why there seems to be a "conspiracy theory" that manufacturers are hiding some secret "elixer" additive to make a world shattering experience in performance. Boric acid is great for keeping FLEAS OFF your Scooterdawg but NOTHING else...hope this thread stays open with that big red crossed circle on the opening thread...!

Well. I can tell ya, working in the steel and alloy industry for years the only time we added water to oil was to cool and lightly lube the cutting blades of saws cutting alloy billets... If you notice some oils have very small amounts of BA added, than some know it all decides to tell people more is better???
It was just a matter of time...
