Hi If the 50 in question can reach speeds of over 30 they are not restricted A stock 4 t 50 is good for about 35 to 40 tops with some mods you can get a little more Take care and ride safely Yours Hank
Install a larger jet to get more gas . Some have a rev limited cdi . Some have a washer in the variator that acts like limiter . Raise the needle up a notch to allow more flow on top end . A larger diameter variator will have more top end . Lighter roller weights can help it go faster . A cheap sparkplug will fizzle at high rpms so get a NGK iridium as they fire the best and will help your scooter run as good as it can . A BBK will yeild more power or a 80cc crate engine swap .
If you want a 49cc and go faster than most get a 2T as they are way better and more fun with less parts to break or service

marklorenzi: I just bought one of the Fleetwoods. They look like a clone of the Honda XRM's they sell overseas. It is in transit now and I should get it this week. I will try to post my experience here. Call me the guinea pig hahaha.
