So i have a few issues that are just bothering the hell out of me.
i know most of its carb related but i have a few questions i hope you guys can answer.
i had a guy come in to buy a 805 model tonight.Bike fires right up,he test drives for 4 miles and comes back and says he wants it.We turn the bike off and do the paper work.Well then he goes o fire it up to leave and the damn thing wont starts.Just cranks and cranks and cranks.
So i go ahead and install a new carb and it fires right up and runs great.he calls me after going 6 miles on his way home and says the bike is just losing power and bogging down at top speed. Then its fine for a min and looses power again and kicks in and runs fine.So i told him to ride it back to the shop and he demanded a refund because he said he was almost hit and killed a few times because of the power loss all of a sudden at high speeds.
so i refund his money and start looking over the bike.I notice the air mixture screw is out about 4-5 full turns. So i tighten it down and back it out 2 full turns.Do you think this is what was causing the bike to loose power at full speed? It was too dark out after i got done adjusting and i didnt want to test it tonight, but i hope maybe someone can give me a good answer on this one.
also a lot of these bikes from peace fire up and run great for the first time i gas up and drive, but when you shut them down and try and fire right back up they dont wanna start back up at all.whats up with that too?
hope someone can give me some answers to these questions.thanks in advance fellas

Check the spark plug. The stock Torch crap WILL blowout under high load. That and a valve adjustment.
They don't like "warm starts" until the idle jet is replaced with at least a 35. The stock is SMALLER than a 30 (by eye). I factor in a new idle and main jet (sometimes just a new carb) on a new sale, along with a new spark plug, fuel filter, oil change, gear oil change, and hoses.

Spark blowout... it means the spark literally gets blown out so there is no power. Generally it happens under high load like going up hill or a really hard takeoff. I've had it happen to three Peace Sports scooters.
You can get the carb from anywhere really. As long as it will fit the 139QMB. You *could* try to get a warranty replacement from the factory but I think they're out at the moment. You can get them for about $25-$35 from online shops like mine.

Grey. Can I ask - when you say "spark blowout" do you mean that the insulated center of the spark plug "blows out"? Thanks.

No, it's like blowing out a candle. The spark is literally blown out by the force of the intake air charge. Generally that's because the spark is weak or the gap is set too wide. It's also caused by a crappy spark plug.

There are a few electrical grounds. Typically there are two grounds going to the battery. One for the starter motor and one for the rest of the electrical system. The electrical system typically grounds to the frame. There is a ground that goes to the engine as well, typically by the valve cover. My guess is that one of the grounds is not attached.
You should also check the ignition switch. When you put in the key and turn it, the running lights should come on and the blinkers and horn should work. There could be a loose connection in the switch or a connector may be loose.
Be sure to have the kill switch in the RUN position before trying to start.

Also, my spark plug cap were broken, battery die after 4 months, but the most problem i dont understand is why my rear wheel just only wear on the left ? Because the scooter only has 1 suspension on the left ?? Thanks you,
