I have a new carb and it looks just like the old one. I just took pictures of the old one because it is detached and easier to get my camera around. Neither have a de-accelerator valve. I'll look around and see if I can't find a different carb at a local shop. The carb on the scooter is brand new.

I really don't know much about what you are saying haha. But I did buy a new carb because the one k had was rusty and old looking. But I bought one that looked identical to avoid it not working. I'm still trying to get the vacuum hose set up correct. I have it set up to the best of my knowledge and it will turn over but not start. It has spark and gas going to the carb. Not sure where to go next with it besides the vacuum hoses being set up incorrectly.
Take a picture of the carb and the hoses going to the carb and Petcock. We can tell you if the hoses are correct or not. Much easier to see what you have connected instead of trying to explain in writing. We can always modify your pictures and label and make changes to your pictures so you know excately where the hoses go. Lefty Here is a picture of mine, but my carb has the ACV vacumm hose that is going over the carb. If yours does not have a De-excelerator ignore that one.

marklorenzi: I just bought one of the Fleetwoods. They look like a clone of the Honda XRM's they sell overseas. It is in transit now and I should get it this week. I will try to post my experience here. Call me the guinea pig hahaha.
