$54,000 question that has been answered 54,000,000 times. Do a search and spend some time looking for people with the same or similar bikes. I have been on these forums for about 3 months now and I can say there is no question more asked than this one, and probably no question with a greater variety of answers.

Best advice: manage your expectations. These are 50cc engines. If you put on a BBK they are no longer 50cc engines. If you add parts expecting a flaming scooter, you might be disappointed. That said, I'd rather have my little 50's and sell them than anything larger for the moment.

I agree with mainepeace, and welcome to the forum! You can possibly make a rocket out of a 50 4T. A small one, but you should probably keep it on the track and run for the roses. Engine life will be greatly reduced, and it won't be something you'll want to commute or rely on, on a daily basis. You will also have more invested than you would in a new 150 and it still won't go "fast". Unless of course you paint it red Outside of bringing it back up to design spec with a 63cc BBK, and a Big valve head, much else done to the engine, seems to compromise, or have the potential to, shorten the life of major internal parts like, the crank, and bearings. Internal failure there is of course critical. That being said, there are many aspects of "tuning" the GY6, beyond the powerplant, that will allow for significant, if not dramatic, increases in power, and performance. All the horses in the world are not much good to you unless, it is properly distributed throughout the powerband. That does not just occur by itself, or by increasing HP. Do some searches. Read some threads. Ask more direct questions. You will get a much better feel for what it is you want out of your scooter, and receive the input, to make it happen.
