Alright, well first thread was to find original problem.....which turned out to be completely f*d up piston and rings...We replaced them, scooter started up and was running fine. We've run the scooter about 30 miles so far, running under 30 mph. Driving down the road the scooter cut out while in motion, and would not restart.
We started looking for problems.....Has fine spark....check the fuel lines and up to the carb we can tell fuel flow is fine.
SO any suggestions on where to look next??

Did it quit suddenly, or lose power and quit? Also, did you change out the gas you had in the tank for new 93 octane from a pump or nozzel that only dispenses 93?
Check the blow-by and compression again just to make sure everything is OK

We ran it after switching out the piston and rings. It was great for about 30 miles. While my brother was riding it it cut out, he said it sounded like it ran out of gas. He walked it back.....We checked the fuel lines and opened up the carb to make sure it was clean. After assembling again it started right up. Now its working again. Its hit and miss with this scooter. We both took turns riding it again and its working, not sure what the problem was, but i'll run it again tomorrow morning to see how its acting, hopefully i wont be back here...Haha.

You could have had an air lock in the fuel filter.

Check for a vacuum leak and check the fuel petcock.
