H4 will fit a HS1 socket, but not the other way round. HS1 has a 10mm prong (the top larger one of the 3) H4 is around 8mm. My scoot has 2 head lights, both with HS1 bulbs, one did dipped beam the other did high beam. I rewired the bulb loom so that both sides came on with low or high beam. Over 9000km's running 70w of head lights and not had any problems with charging system, and they run off DC. I did try H4 bulbs at first but they ran too hot, started to discolor the reflector right above the bulbs. You'll only really know if a H4 will be suitable if you give it a try, and check the lense/reflector every so often to make sure all's O.K. You should be able to get HS1's with the blue tinted glass that give them the xenon look, they do produce a whiter light, they are what I now use and it does make a difference.

Peugeot Sum Up 125 French Chinese piece of poo. Doing 'The Knowledge of London'
I was doing some searching and found hs1 blue lights that are on amazon. It will cost about $28 with shipping for 2 bulbs. Pepboys had the h4 bulbs for $20 each bulb... gonna see if there are any better prices.
Bluefront- I agree I don't want to melt the lense either. I am hoping since it is the 35/35 it will not melt... still researching. Is your halogen bulb brighter than the original, is it yellow or white in color?
Just saw that blue is non dot approved... so looks like the ion spark white color should be ok.
Bluefront- have you changed the small bulb next to headlight? Have you seen any led that fits there?

marklorenzi: I just bought one of the Fleetwoods. They look like a clone of the Honda XRM's they sell overseas. It is in transit now and I should get it this week. I will try to post my experience here. Call me the guinea pig hahaha.
