I've got a Roketa MC-13-250 (Bali 250) with 4100+ miles on it. It seems to vibrate a lot now (especially at lower speeds) and idles roughly. Are these signs that it's time to adjust the valves? It seems to run just fine after hitting 30 mph but I'm concerned about the vibrations since they don't seem to be in a good even rhythym.

When it gets hard to start and performance starts to drop.

Dude, you got external adjusters on those valves, learn the procedure for the 244 engine and get it running right.
Us 257 scooterers wish we had your set up, it looks so easy.

Our 244cc setup is easy. There is a thread on here for how to do it if you do a search. Once you have the hang of it, it only takes a couple minutes to dial them in! I had to adjust mine right out of the crate! Found this forum looking for information on how to get my scoot going. It's a Godsend! Go ahead and dial them in, then get back to us to let us know if that solved your issues or not.
